I have now lost 4 stones in 10 months!
"I started training with Jamie Lloyd in August 2013. I was always a regular at the gym but felt I wasn't pushing myself as hard as I should be and wasn't training properly. The weight was piling on and I wasn't eating properly either. I could feel myself going on a downward spiral and at only 26 I had my whole life ahead of me. I also lacked energy which had a knock on effect on my everyday life. After meeting Jamie I've realised personal training doesn't have to be boring as every session is fun and I learn something new all the time. Jamie also looked at the nutritional side of things for me and I now know exactly what I should be eating. 10 months down the line (with lots of holidays as well) I have now lost 4 stones and the weight continues to drop. I have also dropped two sizes in clothes and have found that my golf game has vastly improved. The training is getting harder but is so worth it. Jamie is passionate about what he does and you really do get the feeling this isn't just a job to him. I loved training with Jamie! In 4 weeks I lost 7 pounds and 4 inches going from 29 to 25 inches. I could visibly see a huge difference and found myself loving the food. Really recommend training with him. Jo
